Stain
For the process of stain we strip all the old protective coating and old stain and we prep the areas / floor to reveal the original one silver at the same can soak up well. Then after painting the area/floor with the stain we let it dry for an hour or 2, then we touch up areas that weren't coated well and spray on the protective coating / gloss to protect the wood from any scuffs and damage and to preserve it for a few years. But we also specialize in staining handrails, furniture, fences, patios, indoor/outdoor etc.
Painting
For the exterior painting we will first power wash and clean off the house/area we are painting with water and soap to make sure that we are working on a clean surface for the paint to stick on well. And we will repair any pieces of one that are rotten/in bad shape. We will also paint the trim and tape off any areas that do not get painted so we can provide the highest quality of detail to work. For interior painting we will have you move the furniture inside the room into a different place or we can move the furniture into the middle of the room and we will cover up the floors and furniture and tape off Windows to make sure there is no overspray on anything of value/ on the carpet/floor and we can either spray down the Walls with our paint machine or we can hand paint the walls inside the house with a paint roller and paint brushes. We will also cover any nail holes / holes in the walls to ensure a smooth finish of paint on the wall.
Drywall
For the drywall we will cut out the piece of wall/piece of drywall that needs to be replaced. Then we will grab a new sheet of drywall and cut it to the size of the area we are patching and we will reinforce that piece, and make sure that it matches the wall and sits flush with the cuts to put tape sauce the sealants on the cracks to make it look like nothing was ever there. Then we'll paint the patch that was replaced was to match the original wall color to make sure it looks like nothing ever happened in that area and to make it match with the original color of the wall.
Popcorn Removal
For the popcorn removal we will clear the area of the room as much as possible and then we will cover furniture/floors to make sure that nothing gets on the area we're cleaning off. And then we will scrape the ceiling and clear off all the popcorn and make sure to smooth everything out. Then after smoothing it out we will make sure to fill in any gaps that may happen/appear after scraping off the ceilings to make sure that everything turns out smooth. Then after everything's done, we'll make sure it's a paint the ceiling to complete the popcorn removal.
DECKS/FENCES
Decks/Fences
For the decks we will first sand/pressure wash the deck to make sure we get the floor stripped of its original stain/color, then we will let it dry for a day. After it's dried we will start staining the floors and make sure to put a heavy amount of stain so the wood can soak up as much of the color as possible. Then after we're done staining we will let it drive for an hour or two to see if you wear it needs to get touched up, after it dries for a little we will add more stain to the spots that didn't soak up well.
